Tomorrow is my final day of work, and then I am on summer break until August 28th. You`d think I would be happy about this, but I am having such a hard time dealing with my stress that I am an anxious wreck. Hubby, Bell and I are going to Prince Edward Island tomorrow for a few days, so I am hoping that it will help me relax and stop worrying about EVERYTHING. Taking charge of my stress management is one thing that I am adding to my To Do list this summer! How neurotic is that that I have to add “stop stressing” to a list! My sister is studying to be a Naturopathic Doctor and she has given me some suggestions for what to do to help when stressed. One thing I have found that helps is putting boiling water in a medium-sized bowl with a few drops of oil. I prefer rose oil, but any scented oil will do. Then, but a towel over your head and put your face over the bowl to give yourself an old school-style steam. It`s great. You`re forced to just sit and breathe. I’ll add some pics next time. It’s hilarious to see someone doing this!
